At Reid Chauffeurs, we are not interested in your personal medical information.

We do not require any form of vaccine certificates or masking for you to travel with us.

By default, our drivers are not required to, nor are currently wearing masks. If you would prefer our driver wears a mask, please let us know in advance. We want to make you feel comfortable during your trip with us.

Reid Chauffeurs will meet you at the international arrivals gate. When you walk out of this gate, please go to your LEFT and your name will be displayed on our digital name board.

Your driver will then walk you approximately 30 seconds to our vehicle, close and convenient for you.

When booking with us you can pay easily online with Credit Card and Bank Transfer. We also accept cryptocurrency, via Bitcoin & XRP.

All bookings require a 50% deposit up-front when confirming your booking, and the balance due is required 24 hours before your pickup time. For mini-bus and mini-van hires we require full payment 7 days before your booking.

Yes! All part of our service. Our S600L vehicle includes 4 beverages, and our E550 vehicle includes 2 beverages. Generally we have filtered 'Pump' water, Coke and Sprite. If you prefer a specific drink (non-alcoholic only) please ask prior to your booking.

Snacks can include anything you request. But normally we have peanuts, mints, chocolates and more.

If you have specific allergies or food requirements, please advise of this in advance.

Yes, you can hire us on an 'hourly' basis providing it is not airport transfer, or wedding related. This is great for meetings, conferences and generally touring. Our minimum hourly hire period is 1 hour.

Our hourly rates are:

E550 Vehicle with driver - First hour is $200, then just $160 per hour thereafter

S600L Vehicle with driver - First hour is $249, then just $200 per hour thereafter

This includes unlimited kilometers whilst hired, as well as access to beverages and snacks.

Please note: This form of hire requires payment in advance, any remaining / leftover credit will be refunded at final destination.

We can travel as far as you like, however, any longer trips that require the driver to stay 'overnight' or use additionally facilities outside of his/her vehicle, will be reasonable expenses incurred to the passengers (hotel, dining expenses). Your trip will be planned with us prior to departure, therefore we can notify you of the full cost and any potential additional costs that could be incurred.

Unfortunately, we only speak English. However, if you require a tour guide translator, we can organise one for your trip.

No, this is a chauffeured service only sorry.

We are happy to help organise a suitable day out and package for you. Please note we require pre-payment for all activities organised and cannot guarantee the available of activities booked on the day.

Yes. Feel free to tell us what you'd like to see, and we will put together a package for you to show the best of what Auckland has to offer, whether it be touring around the inner-city and visiting the world-famous Sky Tower, or adventuring south to the beautiful shores of Raglan or over to the small country town of Thames for lunch.

Reid Chauffeurs offers airport pickup and dropoff to primarily Auckland International Airport (AKL).

However, we are also happy to be available at other airports nearby including Ardmore, Mercer, Hamilton & any other private airfields with road vehicle access.

We also cover shipping ports too. Including cruise ship terminals, Queens Wharf & Princes Wharf.
