Payments must be made at least 6 hours prior to your booking. When booking with us you can pay easily online with Credit Card, Paypal and Bank Transfer.

Yes! All part of our service. Our S600L vehicle includes 4 beverages, and our E550 vehicle includes 2 beverages. Generally we have filtered 'Pump' water, Coke and Sprite. If you prefer a specific drink (non-alcoholic only) please ask prior to your booking.

Yes, you can hire us on an 'hourly' basis providing it is not airport transfer, or wedding related. This is great for meetings, conferences and generally touring. Our minimum hourly hire period is 2 hours.

Our hourly rates are:

E550 Vehicle with driver - $160 per hour

S600L Vehicle with driver - $200 per hour

This includes unlimited kilometers whilst hired.

Please note: This form of hire requires payment in advance, any remaining / leftover credit will be refunded at final destination.

We can travel as far as you like, however, any longer trips that require the driver to stay 'overnight' or use additionally facilities outside of his/her vehicle, will be reasonable expenses incurred to the passengers (hotel, dining expenses). Your trip will be planned with us prior to departure, therefore we can notify you of the full cost and any potential additional costs that could be incurred.

Unfortunately, we only speak English. However, Matt is relatively experienced in Spanish. We do endevour to learn and speak German as well as Mandarin in 2019.

No, this is a chauffeured service only sorry.

We are happy to help organise a suitable day out and package for you. Please note we require pre-payment for all activities organised and cannot guarantee the available of activities booked on the day.

Feel free to tell us what you'd like to see, and we will put together a package for you to show the best of what Auckland has to offer, whether it be touring around the inner-city and visiting the world-famous Sky Tower, or adventuring south to the beautiful shores of Raglan or over to the small country town of Thames for lunch.
